  • LED fiber lightguides (Cool Guide, Short Guide, Long Guide) are solid fiber optic assemblies engineered for the Incure L9000™ UV LED spot lamp. They transmit UV from the LED controller to the curing point and carry a 15,000-hour rated life. Liquid light guides use a liquid-filled flexible tube optimized for high UV transmission efficiency across a broad spectrum and are designed for traditional mercury arc, xenon, or tungsten halogen UV spot lamp systems.

  • The Cool Guide (24 mm cube head, 83 mm total length), Short Guide (66 mm), and Long Guide (118 mm) are the three lightguide assemblies designed for the Incure L9000™. Each is wavelength-configured at the factory to 365, 375, 385, 395, or 405 nm. The L9000™ supports up to four simultaneous lightguides from a single controller unit.

  • Select the wavelength that matches the peak absorption specification of your UV-cure adhesive or coating. Most UV acrylate and epoxy adhesives specify 365 nm or 385/395 nm. UV cyanoacrylates typically cure at 365–385 nm. Silicone and some specialty adhesives may specify 405 nm. Contact Incure at support@uv-incure.com with your adhesive datasheet if you need guidance.

  • The Incure L9000™ controller supports up to four independent lightguides operating simultaneously from a single unit. Multi-guide configurations are useful for parallel curing of multiple bond sites in one cycle, or for simultaneous curing across multiple fixtures on a production line.

  • Liquid light guides typically provide 1,000–3,000 operating hours under normal industrial UV intensity. They transmit up to 5 W UV radiation at wavelengths down to 300 nm and operate reliably within −5°C to +35°C. Service life varies with UV intensity, flexing frequency, and handling. Replace when transmission loss becomes significant or visible darkening of the liquid core is observed.

  • Liquid light guides are designed for traditional UV spot lamp systems using mercury arc, xenon, or tungsten halogen sources. For the Incure L9000™ UV LED spot lamp, use the dedicated LED fiber lightguides (Cool Guide, Short Guide, or Long Guide) which are engineered for the L9000™ connector interface and LED output characteristics.
