UV LED Flood Curing Lamps — Incure L-Series™

The Incure L-Series™ UV LED flood irradiators deliver uniform, high-intensity UV output across curing areas from 1″×1″ up to 14″×14″. The L88, L1010, L1212, and L1414 cover mid-range batch curing through large-area production-line integration. Available in 365 nm, 385 nm, 395 nm, and 405 nm. Most models pair with compatible Incure C-Series UV cure chambers.

  • No. Unlike mercury arc flood lamps that require several minutes of warm-up before reaching stable output, Incure L-Series™ UV LED flood lamps reach full intensity instantly at switch-on. There is no warm-up period, no cool-down requirement, and no shutter mechanism needed.

  • The Incure L-Series™ controller is switchable between timer mode and continuous mode. External triggering is supported via foot-switch, PLC digital I/O, or RS232 serial interface — making the system suitable for both manual workstations and fully automated inline production lines.
