Green computer motherboard for Incure W-Series™ water-cooled UV LED electronics assembly
High-Volume Electronics Assembly
Continuous-cycle PCB conformal coating cure, underfill sealing, and SMD component bonding — where high and consistent UV intensity across every cycle is critical.
Medical device manufacturing environment for Incure W-Series™ water-cooled UV LED medical device production
Medical Device Manufacturing
High-throughput catheter tip bonding, sensor encapsulation, and sterile device sealing — where repeatable UV dose and batch-to-batch consistency are required across long production runs.
Precision optical manufacturing assembly for Incure W-Series™ water-cooled UV LED optical component bonding
Optical Component Bonding
Lens bonding, prism assembly, and filter lamination requiring uniform high-intensity flood exposure — water cooling prevents thermal drift that would compromise alignment tolerances.
Industrial conveyor belt system for Incure W-Series™ water-cooled UV LED inline conveyor integration
Inline Conveyor Integration
PLC and RS232 inputs enable synchronized triggering from upstream equipment — water cooling maintains full rated intensity throughout the entire production shift.
Industrial liquid coating process for Incure W-Series™ water-cooled UV LED coating and encapsulant cure
Coating & Encapsulant Cure
Batch and inline curing of UV conformal coatings, dome coatings, and encapsulants — the large-area W1212 covers multiple components per cycle at full rated intensity.
Scientific laboratory equipment for Incure W-Series™ water-cooled UV LED R&D high-intensity testing
R&D High-Intensity Testing
Precise high-intensity UV exposure for adhesive qualification, cure-schedule development, and dose-response studies — water cooling delivers consistent output even at maximum intensity.
  • The Incure W-Series™ W44 covers a 4″×4″ curing area with 144 high-power LEDs, delivering up to 8,100 mW/cm² at 365 nm. The Incure W-Series™ W1212 covers a 12″×12″ curing area with 1,296 high-power LEDs, delivering up to 3,100 mW/cm² at 365 nm. Choose the Incure W-Series™ W44 for compact or bench-top applications; choose the Incure W-Series™ W1212 for large-area or inline production curing.

  • Incure W-Series™ systems use closed-loop water cooling to maintain the LED array at stable operating temperature during continuous-duty production runs. Water inlet and outlet connections are required. Contact support@uv-incure.com for coolant flow rate and temperature requirements for your installation.

  • Incure W-Series™ systems are available in 365 nm, 385 nm, 395 nm, and 405 nm. Each unit is factory-configured to a single wavelength. Select the wavelength that matches your UV adhesive or coating's peak absorption spectrum.

  • The Incure W-Series™ W44 is compatible with the Incure C131C and C131D cure chambers. The Incure W-Series™ W1212 is compatible with the Incure C191C cure chamber. Contact support@uv-incure.com to confirm chamber compatibility for your specific configuration.

  • The Incure W-Series™ controller is switchable between timer mode and continuous mode. External triggering is supported via foot-switch, PLC digital I/O, or RS232 serial interface — making the system suitable for manual workstations and fully automated inline production lines.

  • Incure W-Series™ LEDs are rated for more than 20,000 hours of operation. At 8 hours per day, this exceeds 2,500 working days. Unlike mercury arc lamps, the LEDs require no warm-up time, no recalibration, and no lamp replacement during normal service life.
