Automated electronics factory floor for Incure F-Series™ UV flood lamp PCB assembly
Electronics Assembly
Batch cure of UV conformal coatings, underfill encapsulants, and bonding adhesives across full PCB panels — uniform irradiance prevents partial cure at board edges.
Pharmaceutical cleanroom sterile manufacturing for Incure F-Series™ UV flood lamp medical device production
Medical Device Manufacturing
Catheter assembly, syringe bonding, and sterile device sealing — repeatable UV dose delivery supports regulatory compliance and consistent bond integrity.
Purple UV curing beam from industrial CNC head for Incure F-Series™ UV flood lamp optical bonding
Optical Component Bonding
Lens and prism assembly, filter lamination, and fibre optic bonding — flood exposure over the full part surface eliminates shadow zones and ensures complete cure.
Industrial liquid coating application for Incure F-Series™ UV flood lamp coatings and encapsulants cure
Coatings & Encapsulants
Batch curing of UV dome coatings, potting compounds, and conformal coatings on assembled parts — adjustable working distance tunes dose per substrate geometry.
Industrial conveyor belt production line for Incure F-Series™ UV flood lamp conveyor-mounted curing
Conveyor-Mounted Production
Mountable on conveyor systems for continuous in-line curing — the F900P's large 16″×12″ curing area suits high-throughput adhesive and coating cure lines.

R&D & Process Development
Controlled broad-area UV exposure for adhesive qualification, cure-schedule development, and dose-response testing across multiple samples simultaneously.
  • The Incure F-Series™ UV flood curing lamp range includes the following models: F400 (portable, 400W, 5×5 inch, 490 mW/cm²), F500 (portable, 600W, 5×5 inch, 590 mW/cm²), F100 (compact, 400W, 8×6 inch, 225 mW/cm²), F200 (compact, 600W, 8×6 inch, 350 mW/cm²), F200P (compact programmable, 600W, 8×6 inch, 350 mW/cm²), and F900P (large-area programmable, 4×600W, 16×12 inch, 350 mW/cm²). The F400 and F500 are portable handheld units; the F100 and F200 are compact bench-mount systems; the F200P and F900P add programmable LCD control for process-controlled production.

  • The Incure F400 and Incure F500 are both portable UV flood lamps with the same 5×5 inch parabolic curing area, the same 3.15 lb head weight, the same removable handheld head design, and the same ~2,000 hour bulb life. The key differences are lamp wattage and output intensity: the F400 uses a 400W arc lamp delivering 490 mW/cm² at 2.0 inches, while the F500 uses a 600W arc lamp delivering 590 mW/cm² — the highest irradiance in the F-Series™ range. The F400 also supports an optional focused 5×3 inch reflector; this reflector is not compatible with the 600W F500.

  • The Incure F900P has the largest curing area at 16×12 inches — the widest format in the F-Series™ range. It uses four 600W metal halide arc lamps and delivers 350 mW/cm² UVA peak intensity at 2.0 inches. The F900P features a programmable LCD digital keypad with adjustable intensity and timed exposure control, an integrated retractable shade shutter, and ~2,000 hour bulb life. It is suited to large-substrate batch curing and can be paired with the B201 UV cure chamber.

  • All Incure F-Series™ UV flood lamps emit UVA and UVB output. The Incure F400 also covers Visible 420 nm and Visible 460 nm. The Incure F500 and F200P include Visible 420 nm in addition to UVA and UVB. The Incure F900P covers the full UVA, UVB, and visible spectrum. Contact Incure with your photoinitiator absorption peak to confirm the best model for your adhesive system.

  • The Incure F400 and F500 use a standby mode rocker switch that reduces lamp power by one-half during idle periods — a simple way to extend bulb life between cure cycles. The Incure F200P and F900P feature user-adjustable intensity via LCD digital keypad with programmable timed exposure for repeatable, process-controlled curing. The F900P also supports fully programmable operation for automated sequences.

  • Yes. The Incure F400, F500, and F200P are compatible with the Incure B500 UV cure chamber for enclosed batch curing. The Incure F900P pairs with the B201 chamber. Using a cure chamber encloses the UV exposure area, improves dose uniformity, and eliminates stray UV exposure. See the Incure UV Cure Chambers page for chamber specifications and compatibility.
