What is the Incure Perimeter™ shield system?

Incure Perimeter™ is a front-and-rear tinted acrylic shield system for Incure F-Series™ flood lamps. The front shield wraps around the lamp and stand assembly to contain forward-scattered UV; the optional rear shield secures under the stand's mounting feet to block low-level backside radiation for a fully enclosed cure station.

Do I need both the front and rear shield?

The front shield is the primary containment and covers the direction the operator faces. The rear shield is a supplemental accessory for applications where complete 360° shielding is desirable — for example, on a shared production floor where personnel or equipment are positioned behind the lamp station.

Which F-Series™ models is it compatible with?

Both shields mount to the shared F-Series™ stand rather than the individual lamp head, so one shield size fits every stand-mounted F-Series™ model: F100, F200, F200P, F400, and F500. The F900P large-area bench unit uses a different stand and is not compatible.

Does the shield block my view of the cure process?

No. Both shields are made of tinted acrylic rather than opaque material, so the operator can monitor the part and the cure cycle in progress while the shield blocks scatter UV from reaching them.

Do I need tools to install the shields?

No. The front shield lifts on and off the stand by an integrated handle. The rear shield slides into place under the stand's mounting feet and is held by the stand's own weight — no fasteners or tools required for either.
