SN-19 Phosphor Bronze Dispensing Needle — Incure Sniper™

Incure Sniper™ SN-19 is the second-widest bore in the range — 0.859 mm ID for low-viscosity UV adhesives, cyanoacrylates, and aqueous coatings where the SN-18's 1.039 mm deposit is wider than the bond pad requires. The SN-19 maintains the same low-pressure flow characteristic as the S18 while narrowing the bead diameter for more precise placement on compact joints and tight bond pad geometries. Non-magnetic phosphor bronze construction eliminates ferrous contamination on sensitive assemblies; the orange PP Luer Lock hub fits any standard dispensing barrel without adapters.

Tighter Bead Placement Than the SN-18 — Full Flow for Low-Viscosity Adhesives

At 0.859 mm ID, the SN-19 is 17% narrower than the SN-18 (1.039 mm), depositing a tighter bead width while still flowing low-viscosity UV adhesives, cyanoacrylates, and aqueous coatings freely at low pump pressure. When the SN-18's wider deposit over-fills a compact bond pad or spreads into adjacent components, the SN-19 brings the adhesive footprint back inside the joint geometry — without switching to a finer gauge that would restrict flow on thin materials.

Non-Magnetic Phosphor Bronze — No Ferrous Contamination on Sensitive Assemblies

Steel dispensing needles shed ferrous particles that contaminate magnetic sensors, HDD read/write assemblies, and precision optical alignment components. The SN-19 is machined from phosphor bronze — non-magnetic, non-ferrous, and chemically inert to UV adhesives, cyanoacrylates, and the solvents used in electronics and medical device manufacturing. No magnetic particle sweep is required between dispensing operations.

PP Luer Lock Hub — Fits Any Standard 1cc to 30cc Dispensing Barrel

The orange polypropylene Luer Lock hub seats directly on any standard 1cc to 30cc dispensing barrel — no adapters, no proprietary connectors, no tools required. Orange is the industry-standard colour code for this bore size; it allows immediate gauge identification during line changeovers when multiple Sniper™ gauges are in use, without reading a label or measuring the tip.

The SN-19 is the second-widest bore in the Incure Sniper™ range. For maximum flow at the lowest pump pressure, see SN-18 (1.039 mm ID). For controlled dispensing of medium-viscosity materials (1,000–10,000 cP), see SN-20 (0.681 mm ID) or SN-21 (0.610 mm ID). For high-viscosity gels and filled formulations, see SN-23 (0.564 mm ID), SN-25 (0.437 mm ID), SN-27 (0.335 mm ID), or SN-30 (0.234 mm ID). All Sniper™ needles are phosphor bronze with PP Luer Lock hub and are available in No Coating, Electroless Nickel, or Nickel PTFE — same three options across the full range.
