SN-21 Phosphor Bronze Dispensing Needle — Incure Sniper™

Incure Sniper™ SN-21 is the precision medium-viscosity gauge in the range — 0.610 mm ID for UV adhesives, light epoxies, and thickened cyanoacrylates in the 1,000–10,000 cP range where the SN-20's 0.681 mm bore produces a bead wider than compact bond pads allow. At 10% narrower than the SN-20, the SN-21 delivers tighter bead lines and smaller deposit volumes at the same dispense pressure, without stepping up into the backpressure of the high-viscosity gauges. Non-magnetic phosphor bronze construction eliminates ferrous contamination on sensitive assemblies; the light blue PP Luer Lock hub fits any standard dispensing barrel.

Tighter Bead Than the SN-20 — Controlled Flow in the Same Medium-Viscosity Range

At 0.610 mm ID — 10% narrower than the SN-20's 0.681 mm — the SN-21 places the same medium-viscosity adhesives onto bond pads where the S20 overfills. For semiconductor under-fill, optical bonding on close-pitch surfaces, and micro-well deposition where precise bead width is the governing parameter, the SN-21 delivers the reduction in deposit width needed without changing the adhesive, the pressure, or the dispense speed.

Non-Magnetic Phosphor Bronze — No Ferrous Contamination on Sensitive Assemblies

Steel dispensing needles shed ferrous particles that contaminate magnetic sensors, HDD read/write assemblies, and precision optical alignment components. The SN-21 is machined from phosphor bronze — non-magnetic, non-ferrous, and chemically inert to UV adhesives, epoxies, cyanoacrylates, and the solvents used in electronics and medical device manufacturing. No magnetic particle sweep is required between dispensing operations.

PP Luer Lock Hub — Fits Any Standard 1cc to 30cc Dispensing Barrel

The light blue polypropylene Luer Lock hub seats directly on any standard 1cc to 30cc dispensing barrel — no adapters, no proprietary connectors, no tools required. Light blue is the industry-standard colour code for this bore size; it allows immediate gauge identification during line changeovers when multiple Sniper™ gauges are in use, without reading a label or measuring the tip.
