SN-23 Phosphor Bronze Dispensing Needle — Incure Sniper™

Incure Sniper™ SN-23 is the first gauge for high-viscosity adhesives — 0.564 mm ID for filled UV formulations, epoxy pastes, and tacky high-solid-content adhesives above 10,000 cP, where the S20 and S21 bores allow excess material to flow between dispense cycles and produce stringing at the tip. At this bore size, the Nickel PTFE coating is particularly effective at reducing adhesion of tacky formulations to the tip face for clean break-off on every shot. Non-magnetic phosphor bronze construction eliminates ferrous contamination on sensitive assemblies; the purple PP Luer Lock hub fits any standard dispensing barrel.

First Gauge for High-Viscosity Adhesives — Where S21 Cannot Prevent Stringing

At 0.564 mm ID, the SN-23 crosses into the high-viscosity range (>10,000 cP) where the S20/S21 bores lose bead geometry. Filled UV adhesives, epoxy pastes, and high-solid-content formulations at these viscosities need the additional backpressure of a narrower bore to hold the material column between shots and break cleanly at retract. The S23 delivers consistent deposit volume and eliminates the satellite drops and stringing that wider gauges produce on these materials.

Non-Magnetic Phosphor Bronze — No Ferrous Contamination on Sensitive Assemblies

Steel dispensing needles shed ferrous particles that contaminate magnetic sensors, HDD read/write assemblies, and precision optical alignment components. The SN-23 is machined from phosphor bronze — non-magnetic, non-ferrous, and chemically inert to UV adhesives, epoxies, cyanoacrylates, and the solvents used in electronics and medical device manufacturing. No magnetic particle sweep is required between dispensing operations.

PP Luer Lock Hub — Fits Any Standard 1cc to 30cc Dispensing Barrel

The purple polypropylene Luer Lock hub seats directly on any standard 1cc to 30cc dispensing barrel — no adapters, no proprietary connectors, no tools required. Purple is the industry-standard colour code for this bore size; it allows immediate gauge identification during line changeovers when multiple Sniper™ gauges are in use, without reading a label or measuring the tip.

The SN-23 is the entry-point high-viscosity gauge in the Incure Sniper™ range. For medium-viscosity materials (1,000–10,000 cP), see SN-21 (0.610 mm ID) or SN-20 (0.681 mm ID).
