SN-27 Phosphor Bronze Dispensing Needle — Incure Sniper™

Incure Sniper™ SN-27 is the microdispensing gauge in the range — 0.335 mm ID for very high viscosity adhesives where fine dot diameter and minimal material volume are required on bond sites a fraction of a millimetre across. At 23% narrower than the SN-25, the S27 reaches jewellery setting adhesives, micro-electronics tack applications, and semiconductor underfill pockets where the S25 bore deposits excess volume. Nickel PTFE coating is strongly recommended at this bore size: the narrow ID makes tip-face wetting and stringing the dominant failure mode, and the low-surface-energy PTFE layer is the most effective mitigation. Non-magnetic phosphor bronze; red PP Luer Lock hub fits any standard dispensing barrel.

Sub-0.4 mm Dot Diameter — Reaches Bond Sites the SN-25 Overfills

At 0.335 mm ID — 23% narrower than the SN-25 — the S27 deposits adhesive onto bond sites where the S25 bead is too wide: jewellery stone settings, micro-electronics tack pads, semiconductor component mounting, and fine-pitch PCB repair. It delivers the finest practical dot volume from a standard Luer Lock barrel before the extreme backpressure of the SN-30 (0.234 mm ID) becomes necessary.

Non-Magnetic Phosphor Bronze — No Ferrous Contamination on Sensitive Assemblies

Steel dispensing needles shed ferrous particles that contaminate magnetic sensors, HDD read/write assemblies, and precision optical alignment components. The SN-27 is machined from phosphor bronze — non-magnetic, non-ferrous, and chemically inert to very high viscosity adhesives, UV formulations, cyanoacrylates, and the solvents used in electronics and medical device manufacturing. No magnetic particle sweep is required between dispensing operations.

PP Luer Lock Hub — Fits Any Standard 1cc to 30cc Dispensing Barrel

The red polypropylene Luer Lock hub seats directly on any standard 1cc to 30cc dispensing barrel — no adapters, no proprietary connectors, no tools required. Red is the industry-standard colour code for this bore size; it allows immediate gauge identification during line changeovers when multiple Sniper™ gauges are in use. Nickel PTFE coating is strongly recommended at this gauge to maintain flow consistency and eliminate tip-face stringing on very high viscosity materials.

The SN-27 is the microdispensing gauge in the Incure Sniper™ range. For slightly broader high-viscosity bead work, see SN-25 (0.437 mm ID) or SN-23 (0.564 mm ID). For the finest dispensing in the range, see SN-30 (0.234 mm ID — extreme backpressure required). For medium-viscosity materials (1,000–10,000 cP), see SN-21 (0.610 mm ID) or SN-20 (0.681 mm ID). For low-viscosity materials (<1,000 cP), see SN-19 (0.859 mm ID) or SN-18 (1.039 mm ID). All Sniper™ needles are phosphor bronze with PP Luer Lock hub and are available in No Coating, Electroless Nickel, or Nickel PTFE across the full range.
