Incure Sniper™ SN-30 at 0.234 mm ID — 30% narrower than the SN-27 — delivers sub-quarter-millimetre dot placement for precision optical micro-bonding (lens-to-ferrule, prism face, fibre alignment), jewellery inlay adhesives onto setting beds a fraction of a millimetre across, and fine electronics tack depots at the sub-quarter-millimetre scale. High dispensing pressure is required at this bore; Nickel PTFE coating is strongly recommended — at this bore size it is the primary determinant of reliable flow and clean break-off. Non-magnetic phosphor bronze; black PP Luer Lock hub fits any standard dispensing barrel.
At 0.234 mm ID — 30% narrower than the SN-27 — the SN-30 reaches bond sites where the SN-27 deposits excess material: precision optical fibre alignment adhesives onto sub-0.25 mm ferrule faces, jewellery stone inlay channels, and semiconductor component tack pads in the sub-quarter-millimetre range. For deposit diameters below 0.2 mm, the SN-6 (0.159 mm ID) extends the Luer Lock dispensing range further without requiring a piezo jet valve or dedicated micro-dispensing system.
Steel dispensing needles shed ferrous particles that contaminate magnetic sensors, HDD read/write assemblies, MRI-compatible medical devices, and precision optical alignment components. The SN-30 is machined from phosphor bronze — non-magnetic, non-ferrous, and chemically inert to very high viscosity adhesives, UV formulations, cyanoacrylates, and the cleaning solvents used in optical and electronics manufacturing. No ferrous particle sweep is required after dispensing operations on sensitive assemblies.
The black polypropylene Luer Lock hub seats on any standard 1cc to 30cc dispensing barrel — no adapters, no proprietary connectors. Black is the industry-standard colour code for this bore size and allows immediate gauge identification when multiple Sniper™ gauges are in use. Due to the high backpressure at 0.234 mm ID, smaller barrels (1cc, 3cc) with syringe pump control typically give more precise volume delivery than large barrels with time-pressure dispensing. Nickel PTFE coating is strongly recommended for reliable flow and clean tip break-off at this gauge.

For sub-0.2 mm deposit diameters, see SN-6 (0.159 mm ID), SN-4 (0.108 mm ID), and SN-2 (0.057 mm ID) — all three extend the Luer Lock dispensing range below 0.2 mm without requiring a piezo jet valve. For the next broader microdispensing gauge, see SN-27 (0.335 mm ID) — recommended when sub-0.4 mm dot diameter is sufficient and lower dispensing pressure is preferred. For high-viscosity bead work at larger bond pads, see SN-25 (0.437 mm ID) and SN-23 (0.564 mm ID). For medium-viscosity applications (1,000–10,000 cP), see SN-21 (0.610 mm ID) or SN-20 (0.681 mm ID). For low-viscosity materials (<1,000 cP), see SN-19 (0.859 mm ID) or SN-18 (1.039 mm ID). All Sniper™ needles are phosphor bronze with PP Luer Lock hub and are available in No Coating, Electroless Nickel, or Nickel PTFE across the full range.
