UV Conveyor Curing System — Incure CDM™

One CDM™ conveyor chassis, built to run interchangeable lamp heads — swap between UV LED flood, UV LED focused beam, or conventional mercury-arc flood without buying a second conveyor. Belt speed adjusts from 1.5 to 12.0 ft/min to dial in exact UV dose, and the high-intensity F400/F500 heads run on either the standard polypropylene belt or the stainless-steel CDM™ Compact belt.

Tune UV Dose by Line Speed
Belt speed adjusts from 1.5 to 12.0 ft/min, dialing in exact UV dose per part across all 12 configurations.
LED or Mercury-Arc on One Conveyor
UV LED flood and focused-beam heads up to 6,150 mW/cm² with 20,000+ hour life, or conventional UV flood for mercury-arc process compatibility — one platform.

Note: LED curing energy is estimated based on measured irradiance profile, illuminated length in the belt-travel direction, and belt speed. Actual dose may vary depending on working distance, beam profile, part height, reflectivity, and measurement method. Uniformity values are typical measurements on the CDM™ conveyor, with ±5% measurement variation. F-series x2AC = 1 lamp assembly (1 UVA tube + 1 UVC tube), shipped as 1 unit per P/N. F-series x2A = 2 UVA lamp heads in series (UVA output only — no UVC). F400 and F500 configurations are available on both the CDM™ (polypropylene belt) and CDM™ Compact (stainless-steel wire belt) — specify platform when ordering. Mounting stand available as an optional accessory for F400 configurations; not available for F500 configurations. Per-configuration wattage, machine dimensions, and weight available on request.

  • The Incure CDM™ is a UV conveyor curing system for inline UV adhesive and coating production. It accepts interchangeable lamp heads — UV LED flood (L64, L88), UV LED focused beam (M51, M62), or conventional UV flood in x2AC single-assembly or x2A dual-lamp configurations. F100 and F200 heads run on the CDM™; F400 and F500 heads are available on both the CDM™ (9-inch polypropylene belt) and CDM™ Compact (9-inch stainless-steel wire belt) platforms, matched to the process curing height and part width.

  • x2AC configurations contain one lamp assembly with 2 tubes — one UVA and one UVC — shipped as a single unit. They produce broadband UVA + UVC output, matching mercury-arc lamp spectrum. x2A configurations use two separate UVA-only lamp heads mounted in series on the belt; parts pass under both heads in a single conveyor pass, doubling the UV dose at the same belt speed. x2A is UVA output only — no UVC. If your adhesive process requires broadband UVA + UVC, specify x2AC.

  • The Incure CDM™ belt runs from 1.5 ft/min (slowest, highest UV dose) to 12.0 ft/min (fastest). The nominal operating speed is 6.0 ft/min. Adjusting belt speed directly controls the UV dose delivered — slower speeds provide higher mJ/cm² for thick or deeply pigmented adhesive layers. The three curing energy rows in the specification table show calculated dose at 1.5, 6.0, and 12.0 ft/min for all 12 configurations.

  • Yes — UV LED flood (L64, L88) and UV LED focused beam (M51, M62) configurations on the Incure CDM™ support PLC, RS-232, and foot-switch signal inputs, with switchable timer or continuous operating modes. The F-Series conventional UV flood configurations do not include an external control port and are suited for manual or standalone production workflows.

  • Maximum part width depends on the lamp head. L88, F100, and F200 configurations support up to 8 inches; L64 supports 4 inches; M62 supports 2 inches; M51 supports 1 inch for precision narrow-line curing. F400 and F500 configurations support 5 inches — on both the CDM™ (9-inch polypropylene belt) and the CDM™ Compact (9-inch stainless-steel wire belt). The curing height for F400 and F500 ranges from 3.0 to 6.5 inches on both the CDM™ and CDM™ Compact platforms.

  • UV LED configurations (L64, L88, M51, M62) are rated for more than 20,000 hours with ≤20% intensity decay over useful life. Conventional UV flood configurations — F100 and F200 on the CDM™, and F400 and F500 on the CDM™ or CDM™ Compact, in both x2AC and x2A — use mercury-arc bulbs rated for more than 1,000 hours with ≤45% intensity decay. LED configurations eliminate bulb replacement for the vast majority of production service life.
