The B500 encloses the F-Series™ lamp head in a light-tight chamber that blocks UV from reaching the operator, adjacent workstations, and unprotected personnel. The auto-shutter interlock cuts UV automatically the moment the door begins to open — no manual procedure, no reliance on operator discipline. This is the difference between an enclosed process and an open bench cure: the chamber makes UV isolation a hardware guarantee, not a procedural one.

Fits All Six F-Series™ Portable and Compact Flood Lamps — One Chamber for the Full Range

The B500 accepts every F-Series™ portable and compact model — F100, F200, F100P, F200P, F400, and F500 — on a single chamber platform. A single B500 unit covers the complete B-Series™-compatible lamp range; there is no need to match a separate chamber to each lamp. Lamp heads mount tool-free on the chamber top, and adjustable shelf positions allow curing distance to be set for the specific part height without hardware changes.

9″ × 9″ × 10.4″ Internal Space — Parts Up to 9 Inches Wide and 10.4 Inches Tall

Internal curing dimensions: 9″ × 9″ × 10.4″ (229 mm × 229 mm × 264 mm); external footprint: 11.8″ × 11.6″ × 12.1″ (300 mm × 295 mm × 307 mm). Dual D-sub connector supports PC, PLC, and foot pedal control interfaces. Forced-air cooling. Parts requiring a larger internal space — or for use with the F900P — are handled by the B201.

The B500 is compatible with F100, F200, F100P, F200P, F400, and F500 UV arc flood lamps only. The B201 is required for use with the F900P (16″ × 12″ lamp head). Internal curing dimensions are clear-space measurements; actual usable cure area is limited by the compatible lamp head's curing footprint. Dual D-sub I/O connector supports standard PC, PLC, and foot pedal control interfaces.
