All Incure M-Series™ models are available in 365 nm, 385 nm, 395 nm, and 405 nm. The wavelength is selected at the time of order and cannot be changed in the field. Choose based on your adhesive's photoinitiator absorption peak — 365 nm for most UV-curable acrylates, 395–405 nm for visible-light-initiation formulations.
The recommended curing distance is 1″ to 3″ from the face of the lamp head. Peak intensity figures (mW/cm²) are measured at 2″. Operating closer increases intensity but reduces uniformity; operating further reduces intensity but broadens the beam footprint slightly. For most production processes, 2″ is the optimal starting point.
A flood lamp irradiates a broad, square area uniformly — suitable for curing large substrates or multiple parts per cycle. An Incure M-Series™ focused beam system targets a narrow rectangular zone with very high intensity, making it the right choice when you need to cure a specific bondline, gasket, or conformal coating region without exposing adjacent components or heat-sensitive materials to UV.
Yes. All Incure M-Series™ models support foot-switch, PLC, and RS232 signal inputs, enabling synchronized triggering from upstream dispensing equipment, conveyor controllers, or PLCs. Timer and continuous operating modes allow you to configure precise dose delivery for your production cycle time. Contact our team for integration support and cable pinout documentation.
Select a beam area that fully covers your bondline or cure zone with a small margin. The Incure M51 (5″×1″) and M121 (12″×1″) are suited to narrow linear bondlines such as gaskets and seals. The Incure M62 (6″×2″), M122 (12″×2″), and M152 (15″×2″) address wider zones, multi-row dispensing patterns, or applications where slight lateral tolerance is needed. If your bondline geometry is unusual, contact us — we can advise on positioning and fixturing.
No. Incure M-Series™ focused beam systems are standalone inline curing heads designed to cure parts in open-fixture tooling without an enclosure. A cure chamber is not compatible with the M-Series™ beam geometry. If your process requires enclosed batch curing, the Incure B/C-Series™ cure chambers paired with L-Series™ flood lamps are the appropriate solution.
