Single-Pole Liquid Light Guide — Incure LLG-1P-8
Incure LLG-1P-8 delivers the maximum core area in the single-pole range — an 8 mm core for the highest UV flux available without a lamp upgrade, in seven lengths from 500 mm up to 6,200 mm, the widest range in the series. That reach lets the lamp head sit outside any thermal or access constraint the shorter LLG-1P-3 and LLG-1P-5 guides can't clear. Delivers up to 5 W of UV output from 300 nm through the visible range; compatible with mercury arc, xenon, and halogen spot curing lamps.
Maximum Core Area in the Single-Pole Range — Highest UV Flux Without a Lamp Upgrade
The 8 mm core (50.3 mm²) carries 2.6× the cross-sectional area of the LLG-1P-5 (19.6 mm²) and 7.1× the area of the LLG-1P-3 (7.1 mm²). On wide, thick, or fast-cycling bond joints where smaller cores underdose, the LLG-1P-8 delivers the maximum UV energy available from the lamp — without changing the lamp head or extending exposure time. More core area means more light collected from the source per cycle.
6,200 mm Maximum Length — Place the Lamp Head Outside Any Thermal or Access Constraint
At 6,200 mm, the LLG-1P-8 reaches lamp-to-part distances that the LLG-1P-5 (3,000 mm max) and LLG-1P-3 (2,000 mm max) cannot. When the lamp controller must be kept away from a heat-sensitive assembly area, or when the fixture geometry places the bond point deep inside an enclosure, the extended cable keeps the lamp head outside the constraint zone — without rerouting the assembly line or shortening the guide.
8 mm Spot Maintained at Any Length — No Transmission Trade-Off at 6,200 mm
Liquid light guide construction preserves full UV throughput — up to 5 W and 300 nm minimum wavelength — across all seven available cable lengths. Unlike fibre optic bundles that lose transmission per metre at longer runs, the liquid waveguide delivers the same cure footprint and UV output at 500 mm as at 6,200 mm. Length selection is a fixture-geometry decision, not a performance trade-off.

For a narrower cure spot, see the Incure LLG-1P-5 (5 mm core, up to 3,000 mm) or LLG-1P-3 (3 mm core, from 500 mm). For multi-point simultaneous cure from one lamp head, see the LLG-2P-3, LLG-3P-3, and LLG-4P-3. For UV LED spot curing, the Incure L9000™ lightguide series is the recommended system — LED light sources require LED-specific fibre optic lightguides and are not compatible with liquid light guide construction.
