F100 — Compact UV Arc Flood Curing Lamp
Incure F100 covers an 8″×6″ curing area — 92% larger than the F400 or F500 portables — in a fixed bench-mount unit with rocker-switch simplicity. The F200 matches this footprint with higher output; the F200P adds programmable LCD control. The F100 is the entry-level bench-mount for labs and lower-throughput lines where a wide, even cure across the full area with no setup is the priority.
More Curing Area Than Any Portable in the F-Series
The F400 and F500 cure a 5″×5″ footprint in a handheld form — useful on the floor, but limited to parts that fit within that area. The F100 extends to 8″×6″, covering standard PCBs and multi-bond assemblies in a single pass without repositioning the part or the lamp. Pairs with the Incure B500 UV cure chamber for enclosed batch curing.
No Setup Between Cure Cycles
Rocker switch on, cure, rocker switch off. No exposure program to configure, no keypad, no LCD. The elapsed hour meter tracks total lamp hours for scheduled bulb replacement. For labs, repair stations, and lower-throughput production lines, this is the right level of control — fast to operate and nothing to misconfigure between shifts.
