F400 — Portable UV Arc Flood Curing Lamp

Incure F400 delivers 490 mW/cm² UVA in a handheld unit that goes to the part — with the ability to switch between a 5″×5″ flood beam and an optional 5″×3″ focused beam without changing lamps. The bench-mount F100 and F200 cover a larger curing area, but they are fixed at the bench; the F500 delivers more intensity, but has no focused reflector option. The F400 is the only F-Series portable that combines high output with switchable beam geometry.

Portable Where Bench-Mount Cannot Go

The F100 and F200 deliver UV only at the bench — the part must come to the lamp. The F400 reverses this: carry the lamp to the assembly fixture, the repair station, or directly along the line. Cures parts in place without repositioning fixtures or moving assemblies mid-build.

Only F-Series Portable With a Focused Reflector

The optional 5″×3″ focused reflector concentrates output to 240 mW/cm² at 3.0″ — 20% higher than the parabolic at the same working distance — for narrow bond lines, edge seals, and joints where a full 5″×5″ beam would expose adjacent components. No other F-Series handheld offers this.

490 mW/cm² UVA at 2.0″

400W metal halide arc lamp, broadband UVA/UVB/visible to 420 nm. Delivers full output across the 5″×5″ curing area with ~2,000-hour lamp life. Auto-ranging 100–120/200–240 VAC for domestic and international use. Forced-air cooled.

Peak UVA intensity measured at specified working distance with lamp at operating temperature. Actual intensity may vary with lamp age, ambient temperature, and working distance. Focused reflector is an optional accessory — specify at time of order. Always wear UV-rated eye protection during operation.
